Exchange and Return Policy
Because we care about providing the best to our customers, we photograph all products accurately, so what you will see in the pictures will be exactly the same in reality, unless otherwise stated in the product description or when the relevant team communicates that.
Terms of exchange and return:
Products can be returned within a day from the date of receiving the products and exchange within 3 days, if the product is not used in its original condition or if the service is not used, in which case the customer will bear the costs involved in the return process.
Products and services excluded from the right to exchange and return:
- Packaging, cards, boxes, ribbons and flowers.
- Garments such as T-shirts, clothes, etc., if opened.
- If the product appears defective due to misuse.
- Accessories, personal care products and books.
- Products manufactured according to the customer"s request or according to the specifications he specified (eg customized by name/song with name...etc).
- Delivery value is not refundable.
